On my GM detector this well made and robust coil is capable of detection depth that belies it’s size. It’s very sensitive to tiny and thin targets on ploughed, woodland and undisturbed pasture. With this SEF coil you get a small manoeuvrable coil that sacrifices little in terms of depth compared to medium and even some larger coils, offers exceptional target separation and pinpointing and will last for years. It’s such a shame they stopped making them for GM detectors.
